Application and Selection Process for Chief Minister’s Nari Shakti Training Free RSCSEP Course Scheme
Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for the Chief Minister’s Nari Shakti Training Scheme. Based on the applications received by the specified deadline, RKCL (Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited) will prepare a priority list following departmental guidelines. This list will be made available to the Deputy Director/Assistant Director, Women’s Empowerment login. They will review the list and select the candidates for training based on the set targets. RKCL representatives may assist in the selection process.
If the number of applications exceeds the available seats, selection will be made based on the following preferences:
- Widowed, Divorced, or Abandoned Women
- Women Affected by Violence
- Candidates who have passed 12th grade from Government Schools and are Graduates
- Candidates who have passed 12th grade from Government Schools and are aged 25 years or older
- Graduates
Once the candidates from these categories are selected, the remaining seats will be filled based on the marks obtained in 12th grade. In case of identical marks, preference will be given to older candidates.
Out of the total seats, 18% will be reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates and 14% for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates. If the reserved categories are not filled, the seats will be allotted to other candidates.
Additionally, 30% of the annual target seats will be allotted to registered women candidates under the Secondary Class Scheme. The list of selected candidates will be shared with RKCL from the training book.

- A copy of the caste certificate.
- For Candidates Who Completed 12th Grade from a Government School:
- 12th-grade certificate or Transfer Certificate (TC).

Training Process
- Training Providers: The training will be provided by RKCL at various IT Knowledge Centers.
- Attendance: Attendance will be tracked through biometric machines.
- Eligibility for Examination: Only those who maintain at least 65% attendance will be eligible for the examination. Those with less than 65% attendance will not be allowed to sit for the exam and will not receive a certificate.
- Completion and Certification: After completing the training, candidates must appear for an exam organized by RKCL. Upon passing, candidates will receive a certificate from RKCL.
Payment Process
- Payment Terms:
The Women and Child Development Department will make payments to RKCL in installments. - First Installment:
The first installment will be paid after biometric registration and issuance of the learner code. 50% of the training fee (₹2250) will be paid for each trainee. - Second Installment:
The second installment will be paid after successful completion of the training, high biometric attendance, and receipt of the certificate from the IT Knowledge Center. The remaining 50% of the training fee (₹2250) will be paid. - Monitoring:
The training process will be monitored by the Deputy Director/Assistant Director of Women Empowerment to ensure smooth execution.
