Training Duration
- Course Length: 100 hours (2 hours daily, 5 days a week).
- Age Limit: 16-40 years (applicant’s age must fall within this range as of 1st January of the training year).

Selection Process
The selection is based on the priority list prepared by RKCL as per departmental guidelines. The final list is reviewed and approved by officials. If more applications are received than available seats, priority is given as follows:
- Widows, divorced, or abandoned women.
- Women affected by violence.
- Applicants who passed Class 12 from a government school and hold a graduation degree.
- Applicants aged 25 years or older who passed Class 12 from a government school.
- Graduates.

RSCFA Free Training for Women and Girls: Selection, Documents, and Reporting
Selection Process for Remaining Seats
After selecting candidates from the priority categories, the remaining seats will be filled based on Class 12 marks. In case of a tie in marks, older candidates will be given priority.
- Reserved Seats:
- 18% of the seats are allocated for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates.
- 14% of the seats are allocated for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates.
- If seats remain unfilled in these categories, they will be filled by candidates from the general category.
In case more applications are received than available seats, the priority list will be based on the highest educational qualification. If the qualifications are the same, the candidates with the higher marks will be given priority.
Required Documents
Applicants must attach the following documents, depending on their eligibility:
- Class 10 Certificate/Marksheet (self-attested copy).
- Class 12 Marksheet (from a government school) along with the Class 12 certificate.
- Graduation Marksheet, if applicable.
- For Widows: Husband’s Death Certificate.
- For Divorced Applicants: Divorce Certificate.
- For Abandoned Women: Affidavit confirming abandonment.
- For Women Victims of Violence: FIR Copy, Domestic Violence Report, or documents from a One Stop Center or Sakhi Center.
- Caste Certificate for SC/ST candidates.
Note: The Class 10 and Class 12 certificates are mandatory for all applicants, regardless of category.
Reporting Process
Once selected, candidates will receive a reference number and information about the IT Knowledge Center they have been assigned to, via SMS or email.
Selected candidates must report to the designated IT Knowledge Center, complete their biometric registration, and begin training.
Training Process
Under this scheme, training will be provided by Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited (RKCL) at various IT Knowledge Centers. Attendance will be recorded through biometric machines. It is essential for trainees to attend the training regularly at these centers. If a trainee has less than 65% biometric attendance, they will not be allowed to take the exam and will not receive the certificate. After completing the training, trainees must appear for the exam conducted by Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. On successfully passing the exam, trainees will receive a joint certificate from both Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited and Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Payment Process
The Women and Child Development Department will make payments to RKCL in installments. The first installment will be paid for trainees who have been issued a learner code and have completed biometric registration. Under the first installment, 50% of the RS-CFA training fee (₹3600 out of ₹7200) will be paid.
The second installment, which is the remaining 50% (₹3600), will be paid after the trainee completes the training, and the IT Knowledge Center conducts the opening, inspection, or conclusion of the training. Additionally, trainees must maintain more than 65% biometric attendance for this installment to be paid.
Both installments will be paid at the district level by the Deputy Director/Assistant Director, Women Empowerment.
