The Job Readiness Training Program runs for a total of 160 hours, spread out over approximately two months. Participants attend sessions for 3 hours each day. The Job Readiness Training Program has three main parts to help you get ready for a job:

  1. Personality Development (Soft Skills): This part is 60 hours long. It teaches you how to look good, work well with others, and prepare for job interviews.
  2. English (& Hindi) Communication Skills: This part is also 60 hours long. It helps you speak and write better in English and Hindi, which is important for jobs.
  3. IT (Information Technology) Awareness: This part is 40 hours long. It shows you basic computer skills, how to use the internet, and how to keep your personal information safe online.

The whole program lasts about 160 hours over two months, with classes for 3 hours each day. This setup gives you plenty of time and practice to get ready for your future job.

Selection Process for the Job Readiness Training Program

Candidates for this Job Readiness Training Program are selected based on a merit list. The merit list is created by evaluating each applicant’s educational qualifications. This means that those with higher or more relevant qualifications are given priority. 1. Personality Development (Soft Skills) Training

Duration: 60 Hours

This module is designed to improve participants’ soft skills, which are crucial for success in any job. The training focuses on several key areas:

  • Self-Grooming and Presentation: Participants learn about maintaining personal hygiene, dressing appropriately for different occasions, and using body language effectively to make a positive impression.
  • Interpersonal Skills: This section helps participants build strong relationships with others. It covers effective communication, handling conflicts, and working well with different people.
